The lounge spa seats up to 6 adults and includes the signature Caldera Hot Tub Circuit Therapy® Featuring 46 well-placed massage jets, the Makena hot tub provides therapeutic healing to tired muscles and joints. The Makena lounge spa is uniquely contoured to cradle the body, promoting complete relaxation, even when using the powerful jets. Designed to accommodate people of varying heights, the lounge also features specialized Sole Soothers® jets to help refresh tired feet.
The Makena is designed for comfort and style and also for cost-effective operation. The spa’s proprietary FiberCor® insulation, providing four-times the density of urethane foam insulation used in most hot tubs, is part of the innovative EnergyPro® system that keeps water hot and ready when needed. For added peace of mind, the system conforms to strict California Energy Commission (CEC) energy certification standards.
The Makena™ hot tub delivers many benefits, including an easy way to maintain fresh, clear water. Using bromine with minerals, the integrated dual cartridge FROG™ water care system conveniently sanitizes spa water without traditional “measure and pour” chemicals.
The Makena is available with the optional Caldera wireless audio system designed for use with any Bluetooth-enabled device. Available with an optional iPod® and iPhone® -ready dock, the Makena sound system allows owners to transmit music from almost any source in their home, deck or backyard.
